Epoxy and polyaspartic floors, concrete overlays, knockdown texture pool decks and paver sealing — serving Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Lakeland.
Four systems cover nearly every concrete problem in Florida. The right one depends on your slab, your exposure and how the space gets used.

Resin floor systems that bond into the slab and cure hard. A polyaspartic topcoat adds UV stability and gets you back on the floor in a day.

A cementitious layer troweled over existing concrete. Fixes spalling, discoloration and surface damage without tearing the slab out.

Sprayed and troweled texture that gives concrete a slip-resistant profile. The standard for Florida pool decks because it stays cool and grips wet.

Acid and water-based stains that soak into the slab and react with it. The color lives inside the concrete instead of sitting on top, so it cannot peel or chip off.

Deep cleaning, re-sanding and sealing of brick and concrete pavers. Locks joint sand, stops weed growth and brings the color back.
Most failed coatings in Florida failed for the same reason — the slab was never prepared properly. We start where everyone else cuts corners.
We mechanically grind every slab instead of acid etching. This single step is why our floors last and why cheap ones peel.
Adhesion and workmanship, in writing, spelled out on the quote before you sign anything.
Fully licensed and insured. We send the certificate before we start — you should ask every contractor for it.
On-site look at the actual slab, moisture tested where it matters, firm written price. Not a range that moves later.
Garage floors, pool decks, patios, driveways, basements and commercial warehouse floors across Tampa Bay, Sarasota and Polk County.

Two full layers of polyaspartic with flake broadcast between them. Polyaspartic is UV resistant where standard epoxy is not — it will not yellow or chalk in Florida sun, which is exactly why we use it on anything exposed. Walk on it the same day.

Acid stain reacts chemically with the lime in the slab rather than sitting on top of it, so the colour is permanent and cannot peel or chip. Mottled variegated earth tones with saw-cut borders, neutralised, rinsed and sealed.

Our classic deck mix overlay troweled over the existing slab, followed by a sprayed knockdown texture and finished with a coat of our cool deck system. Slip resistant when wet and noticeably cooler underfoot.
Knockdown Texture →Acid etching is fast and cheap and it does not open concrete enough for a real mechanical bond. We diamond grind every slab. That gives the coating a profile it can actually key into, and it is the difference between a floor that lasts a decade and one that peels in a summer.
On below-grade slabs and anything older we moisture test before we quote. Vapor coming up through concrete lifts a coating from underneath no matter how good the product is. If a slab needs a vapor-barrier primer we tell you before you commit, not after.
We also repair before we coat — spalls patched, cracks chased and filled, control joints handled correctly. Coating over damage just makes smooth damage.

Pricing depends on square footage, slab condition and the system. Coatings generally run a few dollars per square foot; decorative overlays and metallic finishes cost more. We give firm written pricing after seeing the slab — never a range that changes later.
Most residential garages, patios and pool decks are a one to two day job. Polyaspartic topcoats cure fast enough to walk on within hours and park on the next day. Commercial floors get scheduled around your operation.
Not when prep is done right. We diamond grind every slab rather than acid etching, and we moisture test before coating below-grade and older slabs. Failed coatings are almost always a prep failure, not a product failure.
Only UV-stable ones. Standard epoxy alone yellows and chalks outdoors, which is why exterior work gets a polyaspartic topcoat, knockdown texture system or an overlay rated for full sun.
