We coat and resurface concrete across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Lakeland — garages, pool decks, patios, driveways, basements and commercial floors.
Almost every failed concrete coating in Florida failed for the same reason: the slab was never prepared properly. Acid etching is fast and cheap, and it does not open concrete enough for a real mechanical bond. Six months later the coating lifts and the homeowner blames the product.
We diamond grind every slab. Every one. It costs us more time and it is the entire reason our floors are still down years later.
We also moisture test before we quote anything below grade or over about twenty years old. Vapor pushing up through a slab will lift a coating from underneath no matter what you put on top of it. If your slab needs a vapor-barrier primer, you hear that before you commit — not after.
Everything is quoted firm and in writing after we see the actual concrete. No ranges that move once work starts.
Mechanical profiling on every slab. Never acid etch. This is the step that decides everything.
Below-grade and older slabs get tested before we quote. Vapor lifts coatings from underneath.
Adhesion and workmanship, in writing, on the quote before you sign anything.
On-site look at the actual slab, then a fixed written number. Not a range that moves later.
